We’ve seen several clients recently change their email client – without letting us know.   Not good!   In most case, we need to make changes to your account or domain records when you change your email client.  This includes clients with mail forwarding (ie. Gmail, Embarqmail, Comcast or AOL), as well as clients who have their own mail exchanger (ie.  GoDaddy Mail, local email server). In particular some clients have bought Microsoft Office 365, which requires MAJOR changes your account to insure mail continues to be delivered.  We need at least 1 week notice before you make changes.  If you make the change without notifying us – you could lose mail.  Please let us know if you are in doubt.
