Description/Restrictions

We don’t charge or start work until we have delivered a simple working prototype of your site to review and approve.

Typical small business, professional or non-profit site.

Price depends on complexity. Simple sites to get started or landing pages for special campaigns.

Basic support Includes all backups, software updates, monitoring and security checks. Occasional minor edits/updates provided as a courtesy at no charge. Complex changes or new pages are NOT INCLUDED and are charged at the regular consulting rate.

Dedicated Virtual Private Servers (VPS) to support large or busy sites, demanding requirements, e-commerce or specialized applications.

Site modifications, new pages, alterations, new themes, SEO consulting,  security consulting (non-RMG) and performance consulting (non-RMG)

Instructional time plus travel time.

Additional third party software may sometimes be required for specialized business applications.  In these cases we charge the cost of the software and license fee plus any applicable recurring support fees plus a 60% uplift to cover our costs installing, adapting and modifying it for use.  In all cases we will discuss all options prior to any purchase commitment.

Required for some complex sites

SSL and HTTPS browsing is provided with all sites. Organization and other specialized certificates available for purchase and may require dedicated IP or hardware.
